Wolf Warning India Pale Ale

A northern IPA brewed in the same way as the first IPA brewed over 100 years ago but with a slightly lower hop content. The IPA is dry-hopped after fermentation to enhance the delicate hop aroma.

Malt: Pilsner, Münchner, light caramel, dark caramel
Hops: Magnum, Perle. Aurora added during boil. Cascade added in the tank. (Dry hopped)
Aroma: Hints of toffee with light tones of grass and citrus
Flavour: Full bodied with medium bitterness and a long, pleasant finish
